CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

All products are non-refundable.
CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS
All customers are eligible to receive a full refund within 2 calendar days of placing an order. Any cancellations requested after 2 calendar days will receive an 80% PARTIAL refund of the order total. Any cancellations requested due to PROCESSING TIME will too receive an 80% PARTIAL refund of the order total. By checking out you are agreeing to the processing and shipping timeline, as well as the refund policy.
If you have not received a tracking number or update by the end of the day (11:59 pm) on the final processing day (12 business days from the order date) then you are entitled to a full refund.
Suesy Coils Collective, LLC does not offer refunds due to dissatisfaction with the products or a lack of expected results as everyone's hair and skin is different and reacts differently.
PROMOTIONS & DISCOUNTS
Suesy Coils Collective, LLC, does not offer refunds for failure to use discount codes or promotions. BE SURE TO APPLY ALL CODES AT CHECKOUT.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We DO NOT accept returns or exchanges due to the hygienic aspect of the products.
ORDER CHANGES/UPDATES
Changes can be made to any orders that have NOT been shipped. If you need to make changes (i.e. shipping address, email address, or adding to your order) please email orders@suesycoilscare.com.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If your product(s) are damaged, defective, or missing: Email us at orders@suesycoilscare.com with the subject line: damaged or defective. Be sure to include your order number and please submit photo images of your package, as well as the contents that are damaged/defective. If you are missing a product, submit an image of the items you received. If we do not receive an email about damaged, defective, or missing items within 48 hours after the order has been confirmed delivered, you will not receive any money back via refund or chargeback.
